Sadie’s Flower Co. is a boutique event floral design studio located in the Bethany area of Portland, OR. Sadie and her team use her decades of event planning and expertise in floral artistry to create couture floral event designs and installations specifically for each client.
We have an extensive and ever-growing decor library dedicated to producing floral designs and installations that will please your own personal aesthetic, while reducing waste in the event industry. While we are not a drop in a la carte shop, we do not require a minimum and we LOVE designing for events of any size.
About Sadie McIntyre
Owner, Event Designer, Expert in Floral Artistry
I am the designer and floral artist behind Sadie’s Flower Co. I first started in the event industry as the owner of a wedding planning & design company for high end luxury weddings in San Diego, CA. Over the years I have trained in the techniques and theories of floral artistry through classes, workshops with world famous designers, and as a freelancer for other top wedding florists in Portland, OR. I opened Vareus Events here in Portland in 2017, offering wedding planning and floral design services throughout The Pacific Northwest.
I’ve enjoyed planning hundreds of weddings throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. As we move in to our tenth year, we have decided 2027 will be our last year offering wedding planning services. We will continue to offer our same level of excellent planning services to our existing clients, but we are no longer accepting new planning clients.
With this change I’m rebranding Vareus Events to reflect more of myself, my team’s passion and expertise in floral design, and our future as Sadie’s Flower Co.
